Sysgen RPO, Inc. appoints new manager to support training and development efforts

Makati City, Philippines | February 20, 2018 – Sysgen RPO, Inc., an offshore recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service provider based in the Philippines is pleased to announce the appointment of Dexter “Coby” Cristales as its new Learning and Organizational Development Manager.

Coby joins Sysgen RPO from 24HRPO where for almost 4 years he was Manager for Training and Employee Development. He also has experience working with PSG Global Solutions and ePerformax. Coby has a solid experience in training design and employee development.

“I am thrilled to appoint Coby as Sysgen RPO’s Learning & Organizational Development Manager. We believe that one of the pillars of growth is continuous improvement in terms of recruiting skills. Training is an essential component of this belief,” says Jimmy Roa, President and CEO of Sysgen RPO.

At Sysgen RPO, Coby will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training solutions that will support the achievement of the organization’s strategic goals.

“There are a lot of things I am looking forward to. As someone that has been doing training and development for a decade now, I always want to inspire new and current employees. Coby joined Sysgen RPO in January 2018.
