Sysgen RPO Appoints New Operations Manager

Makati City, Philippines | May 24, 2018 – Sysgen RPO, Inc., a premier offshore recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service provider in the Philippines is thrilled to announce the appointment of Ezalyn “Eza” Caberto as its new Operations Manager.

Eza joins Sysgen RPO from 24HRPO where for two years she was Service Delivery Manager handling key accounts and cultivating strong relationships with clients. Eza has a solid, 6-year experience in recruitment process outsourcing and client relations.

“I am thrilled to have Eza as our new Operations Manager. She brings with her years of offshore RPO experience and will be mainly responsible in making sure that all projects are delivered based on agreed SLAs,” says Jimmy Roa, President and CEO of Sysgen RPO.

At Sysgen RPO, Eza will be responsible in managing the company’s overall operations, with a sharp focus on performance management, business growth, and employee development and retention.
