Sysgen RPO Appoints New Internal Recruitment and Offshore Staffing Manager

Philippine-based offshore recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service provider, Sysgen RPO, appoints Ace Anthony Dinfotan as its new Internal Recruitment and Offshore Staffing Manager.

Dinfotan is a seasoned player in recruitment and selection for the past ten years in various industries such as information technology, human resources, accounting, sales, telecommunications, engineering, and business process outsourcing, among others.

The newly appointed manager brings an outstanding track record of outsourcing activities, human resource functions such as employee relations, employee services, performance management, and payroll administration to Sysgen RPO. He has worked in HR and recruitment since early 2008 up to present.

Coby Cristales, the company’s Learning and Organizational Development Manager, said Sysgen RPO is “ecstatic that we have a manager dedicated to hiring new talents to join the team. [We] expect that Ace will shine bright in his area of expertise”.

“Sysgen RPO is in a growth spurt this year, and this is what Ace’s appointment will address. [He] will help in adding new talents to our current roster. In return, he will also get the help he needs from the rest of the team and me,” said Cristales as he also highlights the importance of collaboration and teamwork.

As the new Manager of Internal Recruitment and Offshore Staffing, Dinfotan expects to “help bring positive changes in the organization, not just in terms of revenue but also in the processes and development of employees.” 

“[Working] with the best people who are already experts with their craft, and having the opportunity to gain more knowledge in the RPO business to integrate with my recruitment experience” is what excites Ace in working with Sysgen RPO.

Before his appointment, Dinfotan spent his time at work as a freelance recruiter handling IT, multilingual (natives), and practicing Boolean training. Outside the hustle and grind, however, he takes time collecting and selling toys through various media and takes an interest in basketball and video consoles.
