Philippine-based Sysgen RPO, Inc. appoints new manager to support workforce

Makati City, Philippines | June 14, 2017 – Sysgen RPO, Inc., an offshore recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service provider based in the Philippines has named a new Human Resource manager, Maria Belen “Mia” Bayan-Bolinao.

Mia joins Sysgen RPO from Outsource Network Call Center & Back Office Services, Inc. where for 3 years she was Head of Human Resource. She has experience working with Convergys Philippines, Sykes Marketing Services, Inc., and Alorica Philippines among others. She has a solid 12-year experience in a manifold of facets of human resource management.

Aside from being the CEO of Sysgen RPO, he is also CEO of Sysgen – an IT Staffing firm which he founded in 1991.
