Sysgen RPO, a premier offshore recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider based in the Philippines, recently announced the appointment of Adrian Stephen Cabuhat as Manager of Contingency and Retained Search Services (CRSS) and Offshore Staffing Division.
Cabuhat brings an outstanding track record of management, business development, and talent acquisition experience to Sysgen RPO. He has worked in talent acquisition from 2009 to 2012 and has been into business development since 2012 up to present.
Jimmy Roa, Sysgen RPO’s President and CEO, is thrilled to have Cabuhat as the new member of its management team. “At Sysgen RPO, he is expected to tap the vast opportunity in local staffing and offshore staffing and grow that division of Sysgen,” Roa adds.
Mia Bolinao, the company’s Human Resource Director, said the organization is “confident that Adrian will be able to share best practices both in Business Development and Recruitment to the management team and his team members. By growing the business in both Local Recruitment and Offshore Staffing, Adrian will be able to not only increase our revenue but also provide opportunities to existing employees as well as those who would like to be part of our Sysgen RPO family”.
As the new Manager of Contingency and Retained Search and Offshore Staffing, Cabuhat is expected to “improve the operations of the company’s CRSS and offshore staffing business as well as drive the employees’ performance up at par with the company’s expectations”, HR director Bolinao said.
“Spearheading the morning and night team is not a walk in the park but I took it as a challenge and also an opportunity to apply my expertise and experiences in leading the local and offshore staffing,” says Adrian. “[I am] excited to work with the leader who managed and made the company strong for the past 28 years, with the diversified employees who are equipped with their experiences and expertise in the recruitment industry”, he adds.
Outside of his work, Adrian spends quality time with his pets which includes his dog Coco Chanel, who is a Multi-awarded International Pet Fashionista and a Nutram Hall Of Fame 2018 Awardee and the first to represent the Philippines and Southeast Asia last August 2018 in New York. By February this year, Adrian and Coco Chanel will be back vying for an international engagement, this time, at the New York Pet Fashion Show.
Thrilled about what Adrian’s appointment will bring to the company, CEO Jimmy Roa recalls Sysgen Group’s humble beginnings:
“Sysgen has been providing IT recruitment services for 28 years and is reputed to be the best in the Philippines. Our database and network of IT professionals has assisted thousands of companies in the Philippines in finding the quality IT human capital they require.”
Sysgen RPO was created in January of 2013, 22 years after the founding of its mother company in 1991. The RPO division was created to “provide staffing organizations all over the world with quality offshore RPO services…to our clients in the US and the UK”.
