Jimmy P. Roa
Chief Executive Officer and Chief Recruitment Officer
Jimmy is a business executive in the field of BPO, RPO, IT Staffing, Technical Recruiting, Virtual Recruiting, Remote Staffing, and CAD Outsourcing. Having been involved in these industries for the past 30 years, Jimmy knows what works and what doesn’t. Aside from being the CEO of Sysgen RPO, he is also CEO of Sysgen – an IT Staffing firm which he founded in 1991.
Keen to working with clients who are willing to practice the “One-team Concept”, Jimmy has been mainly responsible in growing the Sysgen Group to what it is now.
He believes that clients are partners and that a true alliance is essential in achieving overall goals of cost savings and process improvement.
Mia B. Bolinao
Human Resource Director
Mia is an HR professional with 12 years of experience in the BPO industry with expertise in both Human Resources and Operations. She has 9 solid years of experience in all facets of HR with a strong background in Labor and Employee Relations and with relevant exposure in various industries such as Banking and Finance, Shipping, Consumer, BPO and RPO.
She previously worked as Head of Human Resources, responsible in creating and maintaining the culture as well as building the Human Resource function of the organization.
Emeterio Paolo G. Roa IV
Recruiting Team Lead and Business Development Manager
Paolo began his career working as a customer service representative for two of the top outsourcing providers in the Philippines. In 2013, Paolo joined Sysgen RPO as a sourcing associate where he was responsible for supporting clients in the United States. Within a year, Paolo was promoted as a recruiting team lead who was responsible for leading a team assigned to a client based in Germany and Singapore.
Paolo graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management. In 2015, Paolo took a study leave from Sysgen RPO to enroll in a full-time MBA program with the Asian Institute of Management. Paolo now holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Paolo is now the Business Development Manager for Sysgen RPO. Paolo is responsible for generating more business for Sysgen RPO by creating partnerships with clients looking for offshore RPO providers in the Philippines.
Eza is an accomplished leader. She has a proven experience in building and leading high-performance technical recruitment teams.
Eza is also experienced and active in the management, recruiting, and consulting aspects of the IT staffing business. She has implemented several successful technical accounts that have grown overtime.
Eza is also a successful mentor who has produced budding leaders in her field. As a mentor, she has a strong focus on supporting emerging millennial team players.
Learning and Organizational Development Manager
One of the pioneer players in the recruitment process outsourcing scene in the Philippines. Having over 10 years of combined experience in quality assurance, management, BPO and RPO operations, Coby is a seasoned manager in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing innovative learning development programs as well as overseeing pilot campaigns with a diverse background in the recruitment arena.
Coby has helped create training programs in several RPO companies since day one.
Freedom B. Mendoza
Client Relations Manager
Freedom has 9 years of proven experience in recruitment within various industries such as I.T., Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Semi-skilled and Hotel professionals. Currently engaged as a Recruiting Team Manager providing proficient people management through coaching, mentoring and supervision.
Freedom is highly skilled in utilizing both traditional and E-Recruitment techniques through Vendor Management System (VMS). He previously worked as a VMS Unit Coordinator maintaining client relationships by serving as a point of contact on all issues and concerns involving requirements and candidates. Part of his duties was to collaborate with the teams by providing inputs to process improvements and working with the Managers and other Team Leads to guide and train recruiters.
